Is the insurance in the cost?

Rates include CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) + TP (theft protection)

Coverage in the event of an accident (CDW) reduces the amount of the payment by the renter, based on the total cost of damage to the amount of insurance deductible. An exception to this are cases when the renter causes damage to the vehicle while under the influence of drugs and / or alcohol or handles a vehicle in a prohibited or negligent way, e.g. off-road driving. CDW covers damage caused to the vehicle or its parts and accessories.

What is not included in the insurance?

Damage to the windows, windscreen, interior, wheels and / or tyres, the roof or the under body of the car, the replacement of keys, damage to the interior / interior of the car, personal property and towing charges.

When the driver is under the influence of drugs and / or alcohol.

Towing charges or damage caused to the rental vehicle while towing performed by an unauthorized third party.

The damage caused when driving off-road.

Cases of negligent driving or driving without due attention, as well as off-road driving and driving on unpaved roads.

The damage caused to the objects or passengers in the vehicle.

The administrative fee for the paperwork.

 What is insurance (deductible)?

Most car rental companies include all necessary insurances in the rental price. To avoid careless driving and handling a car all insurance companies require to charge a deductible. In case of damage of the vehicle through your fault, the amount of damage will be deducted from the amount of the deductible. The deductible is also not given back in case of car theft. In other words, the insurance deductible - is the value of your responsibility for the rented car. Please keep in mind that the tyre damages are never insured. The responsibility of the renter shall not exceed the size of the deductible.

Are there any age restrictions on car rentals?

Minimum age is 18 years old.

What documents must be presented when picking up the car?

Driving license and passport.

Do I need an international driving license?

We don’t require that, but the traffic police in Thailand can fine you for the lack of international driving license.

Can I rent a car to travel to other countries?

The service is allowed only within the kingdom.

Returning the car before the booked time

The duration of your rental starts and finishes according to the date and time specified in the contract. Unfortunately, we do not refund the difference for the return of the vehicle ahead of time. If you can not get the car at the specified date and time, we can not guarantee availability of the car and the money refund.

What happens if I am late or do not come to pick up the car?

If you do not come for a long time, the car rental company can cancel your order. The order will also be cancelled in case of your absence.

What is the fuel policy?

The fuel level is fixed in the agreement at the time of transfer of the car. You must return the car with the same level of fuel. When you return the car with the fuel level more than it was at the time of signing the agreement the difference will be compensated.

Can I rent a car without a credit card?

We do not require a credit card.

How the price and the period of car rental are calculated?

The rental duration is calculated on the basis of indivisible periods of 24 hours.

One month amounts to 30 days.
