Terms and conditions of car rental
Rental payment includes
• Included mileage limit 150 km/day for all categories of cars. Extra cherge 2 baht/km. Note: The included mileage is multiplied by the number of rental days. Example: rent for 7 days, 7 x 150 = 1050 km - included mileage for the rental period.
• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Protection, Liability Car Insurance with deductible: 5000 bahts for city cars and 7000 bahts for jeeps and luxury cars for every insurable event
• Local taxes
• Child seat (if available)
• Delivery of the car within the limits of Pattaya in case of rental period more than 7 days
• Additional driver is allowed
NOT INCLUDED
Local Charges
• The renter is liable for all penalties
• toll roads
• speeding fines
• paid parking
• any costs concerning administrative charges
Optional extra service and charges
• Collecting a car outside working hours
• Delivery and collection of the car outside Pattaya
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Cash only or transfer to local bank. Credit/debit cards ane not acceptable.
Requirements for Deposit
The following forms of payment are available prior to the start of the rental for insurance deductible coverage:
- Cash
- Bank transfer
Age Requirements
• Each authorized driver must be at least age 21
• Each authorized driver must have a valid international driving licence or local driving licence
• At least 1 year driving experience
To rent a car you must have
• A valid international driving licence or local driving licence
• Passport
Please note that smoking in rented cars is prohibited. Fines can be imposed for violation of this rule.
FUEL REQUIREMENTS
Fuel level is specified in a rental agreement.
TERRITORY
It is prohibited to take a rented car outside the territory of Kingdom of Thailand.
It is prohibited to use a rented car at the beaches, sand and off-road.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
Please note that equipment like child seats, GPS navigator devices are available on request while booking process and produced/given/distributed as far as they are in stock.

RENTAL TERMS
Minimum rental period is 5 days.
Advanced booking payment is 3000 bahts. Advanced booking guarantees that you pick up the car at the time specified in the reservation form.
Time and date specified in the reservation form are the starting point of the rental period. You can change time and date free of charge 7 days before the pick-up time.
No cancellations. In case you cancel you will be charged 3000 baht (loose booking deposit).
Advanced booking payment is non-refundable in case the client is unable to pick up the car due to lack of documents or other reasons.

We do not refund unused rental period.
A description of the condition of the car and fuel level will be given to you at the same time as the rental agreement.
One rental day counts as 24 hours. Car renting less than for 24 hours should be paid as a whole day.
One rental month counts as 30 Days.
INSURANCE COVERAGE INFORMATION
Rental payment includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Protection, and Liability Car Insurance with deductible: 5000 bahts for city cars and 7000 bahts for jeeps and luxury cars. The Renter covers losses within the bounds of the deductible in case of car damage or accident caused through renter’s or the third party’s fault, when it’s impossible to establish guilt.
Please note: windscreen, tire, under body, roof and interior damages and also key and lock change, towage, damages made during off-road driving are not covered with CDW.
In case the Renter drove the car under the influence of alcohol or drugs or performed reckless driving, he can be charged the full cost of repairing the vehicle and reimbursement of third parties.
